Kremlin says grain deal prospects not good
MOSCOW, Apr 17 (PRIME) -- The prospects for the grain deal are not good, because there is no progress in access of Russian grain and fertilizers to the global markets, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.
"They are still not so good. Unfortunately, the situation with the correction of the state of affairs under the second part of these agreements still has no tendency to improve," Peskov said.
The office of U.N. Secretary General Antonio Guterres earlier sent letters to the countries that participate in the deal to express concern over delays in the fulfillment.
